 In 1828 in Varenna, close Lecco, Antonio Greppi, black-smith and craftsman, begins its activity of working of the wrought iron and article production in iron.
In 1960 the activity is transferred in Olginate (LC) in the industrial district of steel.
In the new plant of 8000 square metres covered, the production process is industrialized and it begins the production on a large scale of counterbalanced doors.
Fire doors, sectional and industrial doors and through the acquisition of Tecnoserranda in the following decade, rolling shutters and extensible security gates, place side by side and complete the offer of Greppi Antonio Ltd. |

Current configuration of Greppi Holding is born in 2003 when the society changes property and the new management focuses on quality and corporate identity.
One has realized a new and more modern automated production line that takes the Group considerably to increase the amount of counterbalanced doors produced in order to satisfy the increasing market demand.
Moreover, it has been widened the range of the sectional residential doors with the introduction of new products in the line.
With the aim to guarantee service, maintenance and installation, in year 2003 it is constituted Penta Srl that places side by side and completes the offer ’ keys in hand’ of the Group.
It is from this long tradition, joined to the renewal and development in the use of the most modern technologies that cross all business processes that more then 100.000 between residential and industrial doors are produced every year, to testimony of one business vision centred on quality and complete satisfaction of the customers’ needs. |
